  • Checkout payments are processed by Razorpay. When you pay by card, UPI, net banking, or other methods supported by Razorpay, your payment details are handled according to Razorpay’s privacy policy and security standards.
  • We receive information such as payment status, transaction ID, amount, and limited billing/contact details needed to confirm your order. Not your full card or UPI credentials.

  • Shipping and delivery data
  • To deliver your order, we share relevant details with Shiprocket and the assigned courier (e.g., name, delivery address, phone number, and package information). This is necessary to ship your order and provide tracking.

  • Data Retention
  • We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including:
    - Orders & invoices: as required under Indian tax and commercial law;
    - Marketing: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent;
    - Account data: while your account is active and for a reasonable period after;
    - Server and security logs: for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

    When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it where possible.
